Wellbeing Week

The Aims of Wellbeing Week are:

  1. being physically active
  2. connecting with other people
  3. learning new skills
  4. giving to others
  5. paying attention and being in the moment ie mindfulness
  6. healthy eating and trying new foods

The activities which the children participated in were:

  • yoga
  • skipping
  • Random Acts of Kindness
  • Chicks That Kick football sessions on International Women’s Day
  • Mindfulness activities
  • Nature Walks
  • The School Choir singing at Charlton Court Nursing Home

Other activities were planned, but the snow got the better of us!
